A refined 29" AMHA/AMHR/ FBR registered buckskin appaloosa son of Yashica Light Van't Huttenest and his dam is a daughter of Falkland of Kilverstone.

We had been searching High and Low for a special Appaloosa Stallion and think that we have found him in Yashica. Yashica is refined and upheaded and what a gorgeous head it is too! He is Appaloosa bred top and Botttom with his sire YASHICA LIGHT VAN'T HUTTENEST being a rare Blue Roan Appaloosa by Orion Light Van't Huttenest a Blue Roan Pintoloosa and his dam being an also rare Dun snowflake appaloosa who's sire is the 100% Falabella black appaloosa stallion Falkland of Kilverstone imported from the United Kingdom. Yashica's pedigree reads like the who's who of Appaloosa miniature horses. His sire YASHICA LIGHT VAN'T HUTTENST is a National Reserve Grand Champion Jr. Stallion and his his paternal grandsire ORION LIGHT VAN'T HUTTENEST is one of the breeds greatest foundation Stallions and is also AMHA leading sire of National & Reserve Grand National Champions. His Paternal grand dam is VALHALLA BIRD VAN'T HUTTENEST also a foundation mare and dam of National Grand Champions and Reserve national Champions. YASHICA'S Dam CROSS COUNTRY PATCHES is believed to be the only Daughter located in the United Sates of the imported Falabella stallion FALKLAND OF KILVERSTONE who unfortunately died shortly after arriving in this country. Her two Grandsires are the immortal ROWDY and MENELEK OF KILVERSTON a Black Appaloosa Foundation Stallion who is 100% Fallabela and was imported from Argentinia.

We do not usually stand our stallions to outside mares but to benefit IMAPC we are offering Yashica's services for one breeding only.

We are also offering this breeding at a very reasonable price of $400.00 as Yashica is unproven. Because Yashica is unproven we will also either refund the stud fee or if your prefer your mare can be bred to your choice of our other stallions in the event Yashica does not settle your mare. We are not offering any additional outside breedings to Yashica as we have several of our own mares that we are excited about breeding to him and do not want him to work too hard at his first year of being a stud ...LOL!

We are located in East Central Wisconsin.

Mares must arrive with a current clean culture, current negative coggins and health certificate and be up to date on all shots and dewormings.

Mare must be insured or sign a release of liability

Cost of Mare care with out foal is $3.00 a day (daily turn out and feeding twice a day).

Owners to pay cost of an ultra sound to confirm pregnancy.

All vet and farrier bills accumulated during the mare/foals stay are the responsibility of the owner (no services will be rendered with out the owners consent)

Your preferrence of either pasture or hand breeding.

We are building a new spacious 20' by 16' stall in our barn which will have two windows and a private entry to a personal outdoor paddock.

We keep our stalls and paddocks clean. Clean fresh water is always available. We can discuss your mare's diet to assure consistency and compatabilty with her current feed.
